This is a permanent vinyl decal made with Oracal 651 vinyl, which is rated for up to 6 years outside**. It will stick to most solid surfaces, especially hard, shiny surfaces such as glass. Perfect for applying to tablets, computers, and car windows.

Choose from a white cow with a mint or a pink bandana. Other colors are available upon request.

For best results, follow the printed application instructions. *Cleaning the surface with rubbing alcohol, rubbing firmly, and allowing to cure before exposure to water or other harsh conditions.
